update :: almond spirulina banana smoothie

I have updated my almond spirulina banana smoothie recipe, or added to it rather to pack it with more good-for-you and good tasting things. {You can see the original recipe here.}

Here is my new version, I have put the new additions in italics:

Almond Spirulina Banana Smoothie *updated*
Place all ingredients in the blender (best to use a high-powered blender;  I love my VitaMix). Blend until smooth. I prefer this smoothie to be a little smoother and less thick, so I blend mine pretty well. The ice cubes are key to keeping it cool.
