what I wear :: my new favorite jeans

The perfect amount of stretchiness (a lot of it) and softness (a lot of that, too). These Citizens of Humanity Avedon Slick Skinny Jeans in Royal are exactly what I had been looking for in a pair of skinny jeans. I want my skinnies comfortable yet tight and I want them to stay tight , but often the denim is too thick, not stretchy enough, stretches out too much, or some combination thereof.

I paired my Avedon's with my white embroidered top from the GAP, my saddle brown Sam Edelman Gigi sandals, and this fun "heavy metal" necklace I scooped up on JewelMint (unfortunately, you can't see the necklace in this photo). Oh, and the fabulous Florida humidity dictated that my hair be in a braid down my back.
