dispatch from nashville :: day 3

We got in to Atlanta tonight ... pretty late, we had just enough time to grab some dinner at Whole Foods in Buckhead and check in to our hotel in downtown Atlanta.  Then it has been catching up on some work on my MacBook. So, I don't have much to report from Atlanta, but I wanted to share a little from our final morning in Nashville. We went on a run in Percy Warner Park, an awesome park that  has miles of paved road-like trails. It is all tucked in the trees with rolling hills. It was beautiful and made for such a fun run and some gorgeous views. After a our run, we wrapped things up at Hutton Hotel and made a stop at The Turnip Truck in the Gulch for some fresh juice. We had a delicious "summer limeade" of apple, cucumber, kale, lime, and ginger. I cannot wait to juice this blend - it was so amazing and refreshing. After not juicing for 7 days (as I usually juice every  morning), but body was so glad to get some nutrient-filled juice. We found that the Whole Foods in Buckhead has juice, too, so we will get some again tomorrow!

I hope to see a tab more of Atlanta tomorrow, but we are heading out of here pretty early since we have an almost 9 hour drive down to Winter Park, FL.

Good night...
